Replication functionality is not in MCCLI so I don't believe there is a way like there is with a client backup. You should be seeing a partial replication which means its saving the deduplicated data....

VDP 6 is very very slow at loading the web access. It takes about 10-15 minutes just to load the list of backup jobs. If you're in a hurry it can be very annoying.
